Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analyses of technical requirements for the design, construction, and testing of all project systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive schedules for all subsystem construction and testing activities, ensuring seamless integration with overall project timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with systems suppliers, designers, subcontractors, and customer representatives to plan and execute construction and testing tasks, ensuring all schedule milestones are met.
- Continuously monitor and track the progress of construction and testing activities, providing detailed and accurate progress reports to management that highlight key achievements and proactively address potential delays.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with management and customer groups, providing timely updates on all planning and execution activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in systems construction coordination, preferably within rail transit or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of technical requirements for system design, construction, and testing.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
