What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst position at Dragline Service Specialties?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage data hygiene on network storage to ensure data is properly maintained and stored in appropriate repositories.
- Work with business units to create reports to visualize data that will improve operations in the organization.
- Participate in ongoing decisions concerning data collection, study, design, methodology, and data analysis.
- Maintenance of reports in response to individual and / or business unit requests
- Presenting data to colleagues in other departments.
- Providing tier 2 support.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and investigate information system anomalies.
- Assist in user onboarding and offboarding as needed.
- Support Mobile Devices and MDM management.
- Ensure software is installed and functioning on end-user endpoints and resolves or escalates the issue(s) as necessary.
- Provide after-hours support as needed
