Canvassing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Canvassing Manager to lead our canvassing efforts. This role is essential in driving our outreach initiatives, engaging with the community, and promoting our mission through effective door-to-door campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Duties

• Oversee and manage all canvassing operations, ensuring that goals are met efficiently and effectively.
• Recruit, train, and supervise canvassing teams to maximize productivity and engagement.
• Develop strategic canvassing plans that align with organizational objectives, including fundraising and market outreach.
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members, share information about our initiatives, and gather feedback.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high-quality customer service.

Experience

• Proven experience in canvassing, sales, or fundraising is highly desirable.
• Strong background in supervising teams and managing projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with electioneering or market research techniques is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing roles will be beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
