About the Role:
As a Canvasser for our Roofing Division you will have a pivotal role in generating hot leads and driving success with your team. We are only accepting doers who work hard, lead from the front, set the pace for their peers and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Work in lucrative areas with your team, generate hot leads, and show the team how to get it done.
- Build Team Morale and Momentum: Encourage a positive and competitive environment while setting appointments in a setter-closer structure.
Who were looking for:
- Proven extraverted experience, can you hold and influence a conversation with a stranger? (roofing industry experience is a plus)
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team
- a "go-getter" mentality; hungry, hardworking and willing to get their hands dirty
- Must be at least 18
- Must live and be able to commute locally
