Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Automation Analyst/Engineer to help design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows, automation processes, and integrations across various business functions.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone curious, eager to learn, and passionate about automation, AI, and process optimization. You will work closely with leadership and technical teams to build and improve AI chatbots, recruiting automation, sales workflows, and cybersecurity automation processes.
✅ No prior AI automation experience is required – just a strong technical foundation and a hunger to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements:
Basic technical background (CS, IT, Business Systems, or related fields).
•Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Make, Voiceflow, etc.) or willingness to learn.
•Strong understanding of logical workflows, process automation, and scripting.
•Good problem-solving skills with a desire to optimize and automate processes.
•Ability to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.
•Comfortable working onsite in Williamsburg, VA (hybrid flexibility available).
