Your Role as a BCBA :
As a BCBA at Dragonfly ABA, you'll be a key player in creating lasting, meaningful change for clients and families. You will :
Develop Tailored Plans : Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that deliver measurable outcomes.
Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Supervise and deliver ABA strategies, continuously adjusting plans based on progress.
Train & Empower : Provide hands-on training to caregivers, families, and staff to ensure consistency and success across all environments.
Collaborate with Experts : Work alongside educators, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client support.
Lead & Inspire : Supervise RBTs and Behavioral Technicians, fostering excellence and professional development.
What You Bring to the Team :
Must-Haves :
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Active BCBA and LBA certifications (or in process).
Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience, preferably in an insurance-based setting.
Proficiency in FBAs, BIPs, and ABA principles.
Nice-to-Haves :
Experience across diverse age groups and environments (home, school, clinic).
Additional certifications (e.g., SKIP or CPI) or specialized training.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
