The Opportunity: We're looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver exceptional one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in Long Island, Massapequa, Riverhead, and Farmingdale. In this role, you'll work closely with families, implement evidence-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and help children achieve meaningful goals.
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) aligned with insurance-approved goals.
Collect and track data to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
Prepare accurate, insurance-compliant documentation, including session notes and billing requirements.
Collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven decisions and tailor client programs for success.
Build strong relationships with families to ensure consistency of care.
Attend regular training and supervision sessions to stay compliant, confident, and on top of your game.
What You Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (minimum).
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days (we'll help you get there!).
Experience working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum (preferred).
Familiarity with insurance documentation is a plus but not required-we'll train you!
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and community settings.
