Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the school-based support team.
Track progress and adjust therapy as needed.
Provide support and training to teachers, parents and caregivers.
Utilize current, evidence-based practice in your treatment strategies.
Maintain standards for continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited university
New York State License in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
Certificate for Teaching Students with Speech-Language Disabilities (TSSLD)
Clinical Fellows- Eligibility for licensure and initial certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
