Job Title: Daycare Teacher
Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare center
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Monitor and manage behavior to ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Ensure the daycare center is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, such as babysitting, nannying, or teaching
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a structured and engaging classroom environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- High school diploma or equivalent education
