Operations Admin
Hartselle, AL (Onsite, Monday–Friday) | Full-Time
As our Operations Admin, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our business running efficiently by supporting our CEO and owning key responsibilities in accounting, people operations, and administrative support. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn how a SaaS company operates behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate has a builder mentality, constantly looking for ways to innovate, streamline operations, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and drive smarter decision-making across the business.
Key Results
- Financial & Operational Accuracy – Ensure precision in tracking expenses, financial reporting, auditing, and maintaining organized records using Google Sheets & Excel (intermediate level required).
- Leadership & Administrative Support – Keep the team organized by managing tasks, streamlining operations, and proactively solving problems.
- People Operations & Office Efficiency – Serve as a people-facing resource for internal team needs, assist with HR processes, and help maintain a well-run office environment.

- Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with strong relevant experience (at least 2 yrs) in operations, bookkeeping, or financial administration will also be considered.
The Work
- Support the CEO – Manage administrative tasks, maintain organized documentation, and help with special projects.
- Own financial tracking & reporting – Assist the CEO and other fractional support resources (but ultimately own) expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy in GSheets, Excel, and Quickbooks Online.
- Ensure operational efficiency – Handle office logistics, maintain business documentation, and run daily errands.
- Manage People Operations tasks – Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, and support HR-related administrative work.
- Optimize workflows & processes – Identify ways to improve efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep the business running smoothly.
