Social Worker/Counselor - Master Level

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker or Counselor to join our team.

*This position is a 1099 contract position .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health counseling/therapy to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals.

*We are offering a $1000 sign on bonus for a child therapist willing to work in clinic after 6 months .

Applicants can be non-independent and we will provide supervision .

Accepting out of state applicants willing to get a NM state License.

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling sessions to address mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support services.
• Implement a variety of evidence based treatment modalities(including alternative services)
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling field
• Knowledge of medical records management and medical documentation practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in social work.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
