Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and correspondence to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and online research tasks.
- Coordinate communications between clients and team members, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain project management tools and documentation to track progress and deadlines.
- Support marketing activities by managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to contribute to team success.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely, maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Experience with social media management and basic marketing principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is an advantage.
