• Operate the Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform environments (Prod/Dev)
• Support and guide our Maker community and help develop our Power Champions.
• Drive Low-Code/No-Code adoption initiatives to enable business users leveraging the Power Platform to solve their business needs by automating, integrating, and developing solutions across the organisation while positioning them for future solutions
• Participate in workshops with customers, documents requirements, and designs appropriate solutions on the Power Platform
• Served as subject matter expert in discussions with business customers, conduct knowledge transfer, hackathons, and awareness sessions
• Hands-on designing and developing Power Platform solutions that span Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 services, enhanced with AI when appropriate.
• Build product enhancements including hierarchy, forms, fields, entities, business rules, workflows, flows, security, and any supporting infrastructure
• Participate in any other related activity (user stories, end-to-end process definitions, documentation, parameterization, configuration, testing, debugging, etc.)
• Stay current on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies that support the Center of Excellence for best practices and methodologies
Qualifications:
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in information technology
• Have two (2) years experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Have one (1) year of experience in developing with Power Platform
• Very experienced with the Office 365/Microsoft 365 suite of productivity tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Power Platform implementations & customizations (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, etc.)
• Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dataverse (Security, Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and Web API
• Understanding of API or services integrations with multiple data sources
• Experience participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
• Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
• Strong communication skills with collaborative, team-oriented nature
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
• A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes
• Must be fluently bilingual in French and English
