What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Dragonfly Mechanical?
Dragonfly Mechanical is seeking the right candidate to lead and grow the Columbia market. The right candidate will be high energy with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed. He or she will be customer focused and have a can-do attitude. This position is field based and will interact with customers while leading a team of residential and/or Commercial HVAC Installers/Service Technicians and Plumbers.
Job Duties include:
- Good work ethic, respectful and a team player. Self-starter who will be comfortable taking and giving direction, instruction, and training
- Knowledge of Residential & Commercial HVAC equipment, Plumbing, a plus.
- Proven success in home services a plus.
- Ability to manage BTB relationships.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers.
- Always maintain high safety and quality standards!
- Complete paperwork timely and efficiently and hold others accountable to the same standard. (yes, there is paperwork, but we try to keep it to a minimum)
- Have a positive attitude and sense of humor, have fun!
- Requirements: At least 3-5 years of job-related experience
- Valid Driver’s License in conjunction with respectable driving record
- Able to pass a drug and background screening.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively with a high volume of workload.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
