Location : Ocala, FL 34471
Pay : $20- $25 an hour- Full-time
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in lake / pond maintenance, landscaping, mowing, turf management, and pesticide application
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- 1 years of experience as a crew lead, foreman, or supervisor in related fields
- Ability to walk on steep slopes and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to bend, stoop, and work around environmental risks (e.g., bees, poison ivy)
- Safety-conscious with chemicals and equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Adhere to Dragonfly's policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities :
Working under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, this is a field-based position and functions as an integral component to the smooth and profitable execution of work in the field. While each project is different, the crew lead responsibilities encompass the following :
