Pay: $65,000- $75,000 Salary
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our Mowing & Turf Management team in the Raleigh area. In this role, you will oversee mowing crews, manage equipment, ensure safety and quality standards, and provide field training. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a background in landscaping or turf management, and a passion for working outdoors.
Requirements
- Field experience in landscaping, turf management, or related industries
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 80 pounds regularly and perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Experience operating mowers and turf equipment
- Collaborative team spirit with a focus on quality and results
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure high standards of work

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Raleigh-area mowing crews to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Maintain a safety-first culture and adhere to best practices
- Train teams and perform quality assessments to meet client expectations
- Schedule and coordinate mowing accounts, ensuring proper routing and time management
- Monitor and manage equipment, inventory, and staffing needs
- Provide project management support for key accounts and large projects
- Work closely with Client Service Managers to ensure satisfaction and offer long-term solutions
- Perform hands-on turf management and maintenance duties when needed
