What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Officer/Admin position at Dragonfly Support Services?
Dragonfly Support Services is a thriving clinic in Post Falls, serving individuals in mental health and substance use. We are looking for a support to our team. This position will be a unique position within our clinic and will be split between several areas. Must be willing to work in both offices.
Currently seeking an individual to work part time as the Quality Assurance/Compliance Officer.
- Must have a working knowledge of the IBHP and other insurance regulations.
- Must have understanding of county and state rules and regulations.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Willing to train new staff
The other part of the time will be determined on education and licensure.
Applicants holding a Masters Degree in a Human Services field with a license of LCSW, LCPC, LPC or LMFT will work directly with clients and part of the staff in a supervisory position. This does require supervisory experience.
Applicants without a degree will work in the front office, as the face of the clinic. This position will include answering phones, interacting with clients as they enter the clinic, having a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
