Dragonfly is excited to offer an immediate, full time position for an ambitious, self starting, Licensed Masters level counselor to help us grow and shift our programs to meet our community needs. This individual will work in both our Mental Health program at Dragonfly North in Rathdrum, ID all while enjoying a beautiful view of Rathdrum Mountain.

- Full time caseload average is 30 client contact hours per week with potential compensation for administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
- Must be or quickly able to be licensed in the State of Idaho as a LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC or LMFT
- Must be able to pass an Idaho background check
- Must be fun loving, enjoy laughing while working hard.
- Willing to work some early evenings
- Ability to utilize technology based programs.
- Ability to self initiate and manage accountability of self.
- Ability to laugh and have fun in a professional environment.
- Ability to be open, ask questions and facilitate healthy communication.

- Work with children and Adolescents
