Hours: Full Time (45-55 hr/week), including weekend/holidays/evenings
The Retail Visual Merchandiser and Patient Experience Manager for Dragonfly Wellness is a pivotal player for our pharmacies, ensuring company directed visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards are brought to life. This role executes product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to curate the patient experience with our brands. The Retail Visual Merchandiser and Patient Experience Manager implements key product stories, product placement strategies, and sell-through strategies by managing merchandise changes as well as product display, in accordance with company standards and adapted to the store need.
The Retail Visual Merchandiser and Patient Experience Manager will also manage the patient experience, ensuring the branding and imaging represents Dragonfly’s core values and vision. The role will ensure that the service standards, product/brand expertise, and hospitality are consistently communicated to all patients through all patient contact points by implementing staff training and driving store initiatives.
Role Description:
- Collaborate with store leadership and Marketing to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
- Create and ensure a premium pharmacy experience for patients.
- Develop and implement training on products, branding and patient experiences to ensure Dragonfly’s values are upheld and promoted inside all retail spaces.
- Develop and display educational materials to help customers understand cannabis products, effects and consumption methods.
- Optimize patient experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories, product placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation for a patient centric experience.
- Ensure the store is easy to navigate, with clear pathways and space to browse by using zoning strategies to group products in ways that makes sense to the customer, such as by product type, strain family, or effects in a visually effective manner.
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end patient experience.
- Install and remove presentations for store promotional events.
- Provide education and training to staff on products and brands.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising and in-store marketing, with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
- Proven experience creating and implementing staff training and education on products and brands.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- A solid understanding of cannabis products, strains and consumption methods as well as the ability to translate this knowledge into effective displays is highly preferred.
- A passion for curating memorable patient centered experiences.
- Ability to travel Price, UT is preferred.
