How does this process work?
- Please apply to the job posting. Dragonfly's talent team will be looking to hand-match you with companies in our portfolio based on your background, skill set, and interests.
- We can help you with a warm intro if you and the team agree to speak.
We’d love to speak with you, if you:
- Are based in New York City (preferred). Los Angeles or San Francisco as secondary options.
- Have a strong background in the languages mentioned above or similar technologies.
- Bring 2-5 years of experience working on frontend applications used by real world customers at scale. Examples are interactive tools and dashboards, DEX or wallet application frontend designs, etc or something similar for non-crypto candidates. 8 years of experience is probably too much for this search but feel free to apply anyways to be considered for something else in the future.
- Have some exposure to or experience with crypto; whether professionally or through personal exploration. This role is a great fit for those in traditional finance or fintech looking to transition into crypto full-time.
- Are product-oriented; you’re passionate about building tools and products you’d love to use yourself. This and the below points are probably more important than the hard skills mentioned above.
- Think from first principles and are excited about making crypto more accessible and intuitive.
- Embrace a strong drive for excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement, while maintaining a collaborative and team-friendly attitude.
