About the Role
We are looking for a talented and highly organized Community Manager to nurture and grow our client’s online communities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with bold and unconventional lifestyle brands, bringing a fearless and innovative approach to community engagement. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to build authentic relationships with brand audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose monthly content schedules tailored to different business units across various social media platforms, leveraging performance insights for optimal engagement.
- Execute and manage the timely publication of content, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
- Maintain, support, and foster growth within various online communities, engaging with users on a daily basis and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Cultivate a passionate and engaged brand community that aligns with the daring and bold identity of lifestyle brands.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a strong and dynamic brand presence, ensuring alignment with client expectations and cultural trends.
- Act as a key point of contact with the client, facilitating communication for content approvals, scheduling changes, and addressing community queries.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports with conclusions and recommendations, contributing to ongoing strategy refinement.
- Track engagement trends and consumer sentiment to adapt community strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate in the management of web-related tasks, including the uploading of blog content, social media assets, and the creation of necessary links.
- Assist the content and design teams, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive online presence that aligns with the brand’s bold aesthetic.
- Contribute insights and support to the strategy team, aligning community management efforts with overarching business goals.
- Work closely with agencies and the client to manage paid social media investments, ensuring effective campaign execution and optimal results.
- Provide mentorship and support to community managers in other markets, sharing expertise in report generation and analysis.
- Actively teach and review reports to ensure consistency and excellence in reporting across international teams.
