About Us : At Dragonteam Media, we help creative businesses "Close the Distance" with their business goals. We specialize in working with high-ticket jewelers, combat gyms, and other creative businesses, focusing on building powerful funnels, refining sales copy, and running high-impact ads. Our mission is to connect with our clients and help them grow — and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion!

What You'll Do : As a Field Marketing Specialist at Dragonteam Media, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing activities, including :

Email Marketing : Craft compelling campaigns that convert.
Content Creation : Develop engaging content that tells stories and drives results.
Video Marketing : Help our clients shine with eye-catching videos.
Funnel Building : Design and optimize conversion-focused sales funnels.
Paid Ads : Create and manage highly-targeted ad campaigns.

In the beginning, you'll get exposure to a variety of tasks, but as you gain experience, you'll have the freedom to specialize in the areas that excite you most. If you already have experience or expertise in a specific marketing field (email, ads, funnels, etc.), that's a huge plus!

Experience (a Plus!) : If you already have skills in copywriting, content creation, email marketing, funnel building, or running ads, that’s a huge benefit – but we’re open to training the right person!
