About Dragonwood LLC:
- Dragonwood LLC is a farm to fork small business producing a variety of shelf stable natural sugar products in central Indiana. We have agricultural operations in the production of honey and maple syrup, including hundreds of beehives and one of the largest maple evaporators in the state of Indiana. We have a state inspected food production facility on site where we produce a variety of shelf stable food products from pure honey and maple syrup, to innovative infused products of various confection states such as cinnamon infused maple syrup and lavender creamed honey. We direct retail at many public events and sell online through our website www.dragonwood.online.

Primary Responsibilities (Sales At Public Events):
- Sell our products at public events (e.g. farmers market, festival) on Saturdays (critical requirement; Saturdays are our top selling day).
- Sell on days other than Saturdays, as business needs require.
Secondary Responsibilities (On Site):
- Pack and label food products according to work orders.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace
- Comply with process rules and expectations
- Be flexible in shifting between types of work as schedule requires.
- Optionally, depending on your skills and interests, potentially work as an assistant on non-traditional farm production teams such as apiary or sugarbush work, shipping, e-commerce, etc.
Experience:
- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a food production environment is beneficial .

- Respect owners, colleagues, and customers at all times.
- Represent the brand honestly and positively at all times
Pay:
- Depends on experience and skills
- Pay consists of hourly pay plus sales commission when selling
Equipment Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to/from our facilities and sales events
- Mobile device suitable for point of sale systems
Hours:
- Total hours per week is negotiable; full and part time opportunities available
- Saturday sales availability is required
- Sales event hours are dictated by the third party event. On site production shifts are typically first shift.
- Some flexibility in schedule is required as business loads come and go
Location:
- Shifts may operate out of our Noblesville, IN or Kempton IN facilities
- On farm shifts are at our Kempton IN facility
Duration:
- Part time and fixed duration will be considered
Physical Requirements:
- Moderate bending, lifting, movement consistent with food production and shipping environments
- Must be physically capable of setting up and tearing down sales events including tent, tables, product
