Drainworks Plumbing & septic is a RAPIDLY GROWING family owned and operated plumbing service company. We are niche plumbers specializing in the areas of plumbing, septic, sewer, and water. We work with residential customers to solve their plumbing problems. Our services include plumbing repairs, septic systems, septic pumping, sewer connections and repairs, water service connection and repair, drain cleaning, and more!

We are currently hiring. The ideal candidate would possess the following traits.

A positive attitude, even when things don't go according to plan

The ability to listen and learn

The ability to work hard when needed, and work smart when the time arises.

Previous plumbing, excavation, drainage, septic, utilities, experience

A CDL license is a nice, but not required.

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Operate Heavy Equipment ( Excavators, skidsteer, dump trucks, trailers)

Understand Grades and use a transit/laser level

High Work Etic

Strong Math Skills

Good Communication Skills

The right candidate would be responsible for working with customers to solve their septic, sewer, and plumbing problems.This includes the installation and repair of septic systems, sewer lines, water lines, and drainage systems. Keep company vehicles and equipment in good condition, and report any problem. Work with supervisor to overcome challenges. coordinate deliveries of materials and supplies. Keep job on schedule . A clean driving record is required, as we serve a large portion of the state. The candidate would work with other team members to complete larger installation projects and repairs. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and lift 50 to 75 pounds. Must be able to pass background check.
