Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide timely and reliable information for HR decision-making that impacts the organization.
Responsibilities : Data Management :
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance while assisting in the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
Dashboard Development :
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, organizational charts, and visualizations using Visio and Power BI to present data effectively.Utilize DAX for creating calculated columns, measures, and complex data models.Predictive Analytics :
Apply statistical techniques to interpret data, make predictions, and support HR initiatives.Monitor trends and utilize insights to drive business strategies.Communication :
Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling.Design and create engaging content for internal communications that foster a strong company culture.Ability to design content for internal communications and social media using Canva, in line witht the brand book.Collaboration :
Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to align communication strategies and resources with the UNACEM group.Actively participate in the UNACEM Editorial and Communication Committee, contributing to initiatives, campaigns, and activities.Continuous Learning & Adaptability :
Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in HR analytics and people analytics methodologies.Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools and enhance analytical skills.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Experience :
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in HR or related fields.Technical Skills :
Strong ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights.Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation tools, such as Power Query.Understanding of payroll systems, particularly Paychex Flex.Analytical Skills :
Ability to apply statistical methods for data interpretation and predictive analysis.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.HR Knowledge :
Familiarity with key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement) and compliance issues related to payroll and data management.Project Management Skills :
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Collaborative approach to working with diverse teamsBenefits :
