Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight and Coordination:
Supervise and manage all day-to-day activities on the construction site.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors to ensure they are meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Monitor the progress of construction activities and ensure the project is progressing according to the schedule.
Ensure that the construction site adheres to all safety regulations and protocols.
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all workers are following safety guidelines.
Inspect work quality and ensure that the construction meets required standards and regulations.
Address any quality or safety issues on-site in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Collaborate with local government agencies, inspectors, and regulatory bodies.
Participate in budget planning and forecasting for future projects.
- Team Management:
Supervise on-site construction crews, providing direction, training, and motivation.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
