Job Overview
As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, scheduling inspections, and promoting our client's brand. You'll represent our client as a trusted outside sales professional, engaging with homeowners and building connections within the community. Our goal is to equip you with the skills needed to excel in sales and offer opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote our client’s products and services to potential and existing clients through interactive presentations.
- Attend networking events and engage with community leaders to enhance brand visibility.
- Connect with homeowners daily, building relationships and educating them about our client’s services.
- Actively participate in daily check-ins and strategic planning sessions.
- Use software systems to track progress, manage leads, and ensure success.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $37,000 annually, plus commission.
- Year-one earnings for high-performing sales associates typically range from $60,000 to $80,000 annually.
