As the Assistant General Manager at Drake’s
Houston, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experiences. In this dynamic

You will assist in overseeing daily operations, leading hiring and training
efforts, and upholding the highest standards in food safety and service

prepared and served according to Vandelay Hospitality Group’s standards
for excellence, recipes, portioning and presentation
responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports and
documentation
state and federal laws and regulations
Requirements
required; Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant / Hospitality Management or a
related field is strongly preferred
restaurant management experience highly preferred
