Job Summary
Drake Athletics is seeking an individual to serve as an assistant coach for the football program. This includes assisting with recruiting, practice sessions, game preparation and serving as a point of contact with all stakeholders. Incumbent must be dedicated to the academic, athletic, and personal development of student-athletes and promote the mission and values of Drake University and Drake Athletics.
Minimum Qualifications
The salary for these positions is competitive with peer schools and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- This position requires working nights/weekends, the ability to lift 50 pounds and the capability to work independently.
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license and must pass a background check.
- 40% - Design and implement effective training programs, practices, and game plans that maximize player development and team performance. - (Essential)
