Department Summary :
Drake University's Office of Registrar is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all student records. The Office carries a list of responsibilities, including maintaining student records, producing student transcripts, evaluating transfer credits, providing degree and enrollment verifications, to name a few.
The Office serves both current, future, and former Drake students and partners with offices across the institution. We are a highly collaborative team focused on Drake's mission.
Job Summary :
Drake University's Office of the Registrar is seeking a Student Records Specialist who will report to the Assistant Registrar and provide support for transfer credit evaluations, international credentials, veteran educational benefits, and office operations. This is a great position for someone who prides themselves on providing great customer service, enjoys helping people, is highly organized, and enjoys variety in the work they do.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Baccalaureate Degree
- Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively and build partnerships with faculty, staff, an
- A high level of integrity and ability to exercise independent judgement and demonstrate personal initiative
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail

Salary & Benefits
We anticipate the starting salary to be in the range of $38,000-$40,000. However, the final offered salary will be dependent upon the qualifications and experiences of the selected candidate.
