Responsibilities :
As an AV-Drop Warehouse Associate, your role will focus on ensuring the accurate processing, picking, packing, and shipment of AV-Drop scenic backdrop modular products. You'll use your product knowledge to ensure these systems are properly handled for live events and productions.
- Picking and Packing : Select and pack AV-Drop scenic backdrop modular components accurately, ensuring that all necessary parts, accessories, and hardware are included.
- Product Knowledge : Understand and apply your knowledge of scenic backdrop modular systems to ensure correct assembly, packaging, and shipment. Familiarity with how these products fit into event setups is essential.
- Inventory Management : Assist in maintaining an organized warehouse, accurately tracking stock levels of AV-Drop systems and related components, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Equipment Handling : Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move and organize products.
- Quality Control : Ensure each order is packed securely, all items are accounted for, and the necessary assembly instructions and hardware are included with each shipment.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and production coordinators to ensure efficient workflow and on-time deliveries.
