The Door Staff reports directly to the Property Manager. While specific responsibilities will vary based on location, the doorperson will be responsible for greeting residents, owners, vendors, and guests, and ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing responsibilities while keeping a positive attitude are crucial. Strong communication and organizational skills are also key.
- Greet owners, residents, guests, and vendors
- Keep detailed logs of activity during a work shift
- Open doors, carry bags, receive packages, hail taxis, answer inquiries, coordinate move-ins/outs, coordinate guest or vendor sign-in
- Wednesdays 12:00AM - 8:00AM
- Sundays 8:00AM - 4:00PM
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in basic computer operation
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment which may require working holidays, weekends, and nights (based on needs at site location)
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
