Duties
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.
- Maintain organized office files and ensure all documents are properly archived.
- Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks including data entry and financial tracking.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications
- Proficient computer literacy with experience in Google Suite and QuickBooks preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist with diverse customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration within the team and with clients.
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
