DrasticDigital is a fast-growing web design and digital marketing agency looking for a highly skilled Web Designer to join our team. We need someone with a deep understanding of UI, branding, and conversion optimization to create high-performing, visually striking websites. What You’ll Be Doing

Design high-converting websites with user-friendly layouts that align with branding and business goals.
Create website mockups and layouts in Figma or Adobe XD (Photoshop is acceptable but not preferred for final deliverables).
Work with Photoshop (and potentially Lightroom) to edit and enhance photos for web use.
Utilize other graphic design tools as needed for branding and visual assets.
Pay close attention to typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create stunning, functional designs.
Collaborate with our team to translate brand guidelines into seamless web experiences .
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and iterate on feedback quickly .
No backend development or coding required—this role is strictly design-focused .

What We’re Looking For

Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects that demonstrate an understanding of UI / UX, branding, and CRO .

Expertise in Figma and Adobe XD for website mockups and layouts.

Proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing and color correction.

Familiarity with other graphic design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.

Experience designing UI animations and microinteractions (hover effects, transitions, interactive UI elements, etc.).

A strong grasp of design principles , including layout, composition, and hierarchy.

Fast worker who can juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality.

A problem solver who can take direction but also think independently.

Someone who wants to grow with a company and build a long-term career .

Experience in graphic design (logos, branding, marketing materials) is a plus but not required .
