PART TIME ART TEACHER WANTED
Drawn2Art, a private art school, teaching fine art drawing and painting to students, ages 4 years - Adults, has a position open for a teacher for our Chino Hills. We are looking for an artist with a background in realism, as we teach the use of graphite, charcoal, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, oils and more. We teach a classical, realistic approach, teaching still-life, realistic animals, the figure, portraiture, landscapes, cartooning & more.
Qualifications:
- Must submit realistic drawing and paintings (Non Digital) in as many of the mediums and subject matter mentioned above. These need to be submitted with your resume.
- Have a real affinity for and good communication skills with children, teens, and adults.
- Live no more than a 30 minute drive from the studio.
- Be highly responsible and punctual.
- Must have a degree in fine art drawing and painting, or working toward this degree.
- READ CAREFULLY:
* Needs to be available to teach up to 5 days a week Sundays - Saturdays on a part time basis. Classes on Saturday and Sundays can start as early as 9 a.m. and go to 4 p.m. Tuesday – Friday classes can start as early as 1 p.m. and go to 8:15 p.m. Your schedule would be dependent on enrollment and studio needs.
