About the Role
This is an opportunity to work as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician, where you will be responsible for maintaining the electrical and instrumentation equipment at our production facility.
Main Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, adjust, calibrate, and repair electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate and record various parameters.
- Maintain a functional knowledge of the operations software and hardware.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections of all control instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures and take corrective action.
- Complete work order cycles, perform tasks, confirm time, and enter equipment history.
- Diagnose existing or potential trouble with plant electrical equipment.
- Lay out, install, and place electrical equipment into service.
- Perform housekeeping duties as requested, keeping designated areas clean and clear of safety hazards.
Requirements
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Able to adapt to working within a team or lone working environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain and adjust equipment to maximize production and minimize downtime.
- Able to perform and coordinate good housekeeping in the facility.
- Will to work shifts that include weekends, nights, and holidays.
