- Oversee the daily operation of the pellet mill, including monitoring moisture levels, Pelleter temperatures, and bulk densities.
- Direct and communicate to employees on shift regarding fiber mixes, rail car loading, and other production-related tasks.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the department and ensure all employees are adequately trained on chemical use.
- Coordinate holiday planning to ensure continual coverage of necessary positions within the plant.
