Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative for Dray Pro Services, you will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining relationships with current clients, and driving the growth of our commercial cleaning services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential commercial clients in need of cleaning services.
• Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess cleaning needs.
• Develop customized proposals and pricing based on client requirements.
• Close sales and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
