We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Greene Crossing Clinic in Beavercreek, Ohio.
As a member of our clinical team, you will provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs, delivering high-quality care that meets our standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services, including evaluation, treatment, and education for patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
