We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Care Provider to join our team in Beavercreek, Ohio. As a member of our outpatient physical therapy team, you will provide specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs.

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
