Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient-specific needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
