DRB Homes is seeking experienced New Home Sales Consultants for a number of locations in our Raleigh Division.
Our New Home Sales Consultants play a critical role in achieving our company's goals. Their primary responsibility is to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide top-notch customer service through effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Greet all prospective customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Showcase model homes and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
- Inform customers about the community and surrounding area.
- Maintain the model home site to ensure it is well-groomed and visually appealing.
- Assist customers in selecting their ideal home site, house plan, and structural options.
- Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets accurately.
- Prepare contracts, addenda, color selections, and other relevant documents with precision.
- Facilitate loan applications, secure deposits, and expedite submission and approval.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and production teams to ensure seamless building processes.
- Follow up with customers after settlement to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Participate actively in weekly sales meetings to stay informed and aligned with company objectives.
- Recruit, train, and direct Sales Associates/Sales Assistants to optimize team performance.
- Pursue additional duties as assigned by management to contribute to the company's success.

- Licensed realtor in states where required.
- A valid driver's license for business travel.
