Payroll Administrator

Full Time, Monday through Friday 8am-4pm (

  • No holiday or weekend work)

Responsibilities :

  • Payroll 2x per month
  • Oversee company finances
  • Accounts Receivable / Payable
  • DOT Compliance Reporting
  • Audit data information
  • Simple IRA / Health Insurance enrollments / oversights

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in financial management / financial services
  • Payroll experience
  • Strong leadership skills and Confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fleet service experience and Quickbooks experience is desired, but willing to train the right candidate.
