Position Overview:
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, promoting DrBalcony’s services, and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will engage with property owners, managers, and contractors to offer tailored solutions that meet inspection and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach efforts (calls, emails, networking, events).
- Schedule and conduct consultations or site visits (virtual or in-person).
- Clearly communicate DrBalcony’s value proposition and service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, and contractors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations and inspection teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with preparing proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, local building codes (SB721/SB326), and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or home services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
