Key Responsibilities :
- Budgeting :
- Develop, implement, and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Analyze financial data to forecast future financial trends and prepare budget reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with organizational goals.
- Auditing :
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through thorough examination of financial records.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR / AP) :
- Oversee the AR / AP process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including collections and disbursements.
- Implement and maintain efficient AR / AP processes to improve financial operations.
- Business Model Development :
- Analyze and assess current business models to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new business models to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business model strategies.
- Financial Model Development :
