Summary/Objective
Mosca Plastic Surgery is looking for a team member with a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing personality, with a strong background in high-end customer service to work in our Delray location. The Front Desk & Leads Coordinator focuses on administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for our patients. In this position, the Front Desk & Leads Coordinator will assist patients with inquires on services provided, pricing, and products available. In addition, they are responsible for accurately capturing leads and patient data in the system and scheduling consults.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes patients as they arrive for their appointments.
- Facilitates patient flow by notifying the clinical staff of patient arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating such with patients and clinical staff.
- Checking patients in and out for their appointments.
- Ensures a positive experience for each patient through excellent customer service practices.
- Oversees entry of patient data in Nextech (EHR System)
- Captures contact information for prospective patients and generates leads
- Coordinating captured leads by all front desk specialists
- Educates patients on services offered by Mosca Plastic Surgery
- Answers phones and effectively communicates with patients on their inquiries
- Maintains a clean and organized front desk area
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization working effectively as a team member with other members of management and the clinic staff
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a cosmetic/plastic surgery or dermatology setting preferred
- Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
- Ability to make an outstanding first impression

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience:
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
