Role Description
This is a full-time, on the road role for a Janitorial Operations Manager located in Romulus, MI. The Janitorial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are met. Key tasks include coordinating staff schedules, training new employees, handling client communications, and performing quality control inspections. The role also involves managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Experience in commercial janitorial services.
- Skills in staff management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
