Door Knocker - Commercial Roofing

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door Knocker for our Commercial Roofing division. This role involves engaging with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, promoting our roofing services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to effectively negotiate and market our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits to promote commercial roofing services to potential clients.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners to explain service offerings and benefits.
• Build rapport with prospects to establish trust and encourage engagement.
• Utilize negotiation skills to address concerns and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the outreach process.

Experience

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, telemarketing, or fundraising is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in supervising teams or electioneering is a plus but not required.
• A background in customer service will be beneficial for addressing client inquiries effectively.

Pay

• Pay will be Performance based
• Contract Pay Per Lead from Door Knocks
• Sales Positions will be Opened for Top Performers.

This Position has the Potential to Build into a long term Sales Position and potential term residual long term income.
