About DRC Industries:
DRC Industries is a full-service manufacturing and converting operation in a 150,000ft facility in Carrollton, KY. Our customers are steel mills, metal processors, food & beverage manufacturers, contract packaging/fulfillment facilities, furniture manufacturers, automotive suppliers, agricultural industries, and the flooring protection/polishing. DRC is 2 minutes off of I-71.
About the Position:
Entry level workers are needed for our sheeting department. Incumbents in this position are responsible for set up and operation of various pieces of equipment to cut and package paperboard. No experience necessary.
- 12 hour night shift position (7pm - 715am)
- Rotating work day schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, work alternating weekends)
- Starting pay – $15.00/hour plus shift differential. Performance review after 90 days

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs repetitively, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (12 hour shifts)
- Must be capable of working in various temperature conditions including heat, humidity and cold
- Must be able to engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of product.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
