Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Senior Engineer to lead the migration of legacy contact center systems to Amazon Connect. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement sophisticated contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality implementations.
Amazon Connect Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect, including Contact Lens.
Experience with advanced routing, speech recognition, and integration with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, and SNS.
Proficiency in working with Amazon Connect APIs and SDKs.
AWS Experience:
Strong expertise in AWS services, including ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, and DynamoDB.
Solid understanding of AWS security best practices.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, and Git, along with Agile methodologies using Jira.
Familiarity with security protocols (IAM, SSO) and compliance standards like PCI DSS and GDPR.
Required Experience:
5 years of experience in Contact Center technologies and Cloud Architecture.
5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS.
2 years of experience with Terraform.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Genesys, contact center migrations, and AI/ML technologies such as AWS Transcribe and SageMaker.
Relevant AWS certifications.
